This Privacy Policy describes how Caplenviromx, S.C. ("Caplenviromx", "we", "us") processes personal data of visitors to caplenviromx.com. It is published in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties of Mexico (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the guidelines issued by INAI.

2. Data we collect
We collect only the information you decide to share: full name, email address and the content of your message. We additionally process technical information such as IP address, language, device type and pages visited, exclusively for security, accessibility and educational measurement purposes when you have granted consent.
3. Purposes
We use your data to (i) reply to your educational query, (ii) send you the requested reading materials, (iii) keep a minimum administrative record of the interaction and (iv) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your explicit consent, on the educational interest declared by Caplenviromx and on the compliance with Mexican legal obligations applicable to non-profit educational organizations.
5. Storage and retention
Personal data is stored on servers located in Mexico and in the European Union under secure conditions. We retain contact information for a maximum of 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. ARCO rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). You can also revoke your consent at any time. Send your request to hola@caplenviromx.com with the subject "ARCO rights" and we will reply within 20 business days.
7. Cookies and Consent Mode

8. Minors
Our materials are addressed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from people under 18 years old. If you believe a minor has shared data with us, please contact us so we can delete it.
